Wintry Mix Thaws, Schools, Gov. Re-Opens

With the winter storm out of the way, New Orleans is looking like it will thaw out Thursday (1-30) on the other side of an overnight freeze. For government employees, schools and others, that means it's back to work. A hard freeze warning remains in effect until 9 a.m., but temperatures could reach the lower 50s by the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
